When you have an electrical emergency, the situation is potentially unsafe for your home and your family. We understand the urgency of your individual situation and the need to quickly assess the safety risk for your home and family. Emergency service is available to our customers twenty-four hours a day, seven days a week. When you phone our emergency dispatch line, you will speak with a live operator, not an answering machine. The operator will in turn contact the emergency technician and provide an overview of the situation. The technician will call you back to assess any risk the situation poses and advise you how to proceed until he shows up. Other companies don’t take the time to call the customer first, and the customer is left to this or her own devices, sometimes for hours until the technician shows up. Our emergency response team is led by one of our most experienced Master electricians, who is licensed and drives a fully stocked service truck. If additional technicians are needed, we will call upon the rest of our team. We will work around the clock to resolve the situation if necessary.
